Pillowrocks is one of the best Service Villa have stayed in by far. It is exactly as advertised in the photographs. The way the paddy fills up with mist every evening adds to the brownie points of this place.We walked through the paddyfields to the nearest river one evening and that was probably the best shorted hike I have had in a long time.The Service Villa itself is well maintained and has a superb service staff. I cannot say enough about the hardworking and efficient staff and the amazing soft spoken host. They are gems!The breakfast dosha and chutney are one of the best breakfast. I ate 8+ doshas :)The location of the hotel is a bit away from the main town of kalpetta but that is the best because who would want the hustle and bustle of the town when you could have this! And the access to the Service Villa was very easy.. I have recommended this Service Villa to all my friends and would continue to do so.
